November: SPEAK LOUD ABOUT HISTORY

Students learned techniques in public speaking and professional presentations from trained a theater actor and motivational speaker.  Later that month students took a trip to the Banneker Douglas Museum where they learned more about Maryland's African American history and produced and presented a peer to peer oral history presentation.
